I wish I were there. I hate lima beans. But I don’t think I’ve eaten one since I was 12 so I could well be wrong. I’m too chicken to buy some and find out I’m right but I’d have no choice if they were harvested from your spectacular garden!
And you’re bound to love them raw! We don’t have to make them slimy like we had when we were little…
I do a little bit of heat and lots of butter and salt. I’m sure you’d like that!
