Eatin' from the Garden

 

 

Only May 1st and this was our garden harvest.

 

Lettuces, spinach, onions, all the herbs you could want and tons of strawberries! Ummmmmm….

    Yesterday we harvested the first of our winter crop of lettuce. I love it when our gardens seem in synch even though our seasons are opposite!

    I haven’t done a winter garden before. I need to try that this year. Thanks for the motivation!
